今年中秋加國慶5 days work嘅朋友可以連放四日long weekend真係爽爆!而c9更加係忙爆.....迎月返夫家做節、賞月就返娘家仲要幫手加餸,追月仲嚟鋪自家製作,繼續請好友到寒舍做白老鼠,其中一位仲係有專業烘焙證書嘅高手,當然請佢即場示範兼指點一下c9迷津,包包焗好又到開餐時間.....

主菜係日式烤豬鞍配薑汁蜜糖萍果醬.....原食譜用豬柳簡單地加胡椒鹽煎香配醬食,而c9就用豬鞍拍鬆後加豚丼汁同味琳醃一晚再煎...

甜品本來諗住焗個香橙布甸蛋糕.....但係個個食完主菜都嗌已經飽到上心口叫c9抖下唔好再整(的而且確隻右手痛到郁唔到咁滯、後嚟連洗嘢都要LLB代勞),咁就唯有請絕配出場啦...北海道3.6牛乳雪糕(唔好用哈根打會太甜)配呢支比Bailys好飲嘅咖啡酒

後記:當大家興高采烈舉杯暢飲準備觀賞電視煙花之際,突然新聞播出撞船意外過百人墮海消息,從此為10.1添上無比殤痛,希望遇難者安息、更希望獲救者堅強,珍惜.....
