之前响Rachel度上咗個泰菜班,勁鍾意!同自己講一定要交功課,於是約咗幾位好朋友擇好吉日上嚟寒舍做白老鼠.....
>>冬陰公湯.....第一味功課,湯底用蝦殼淆出嚟,味道好好,不過辣到飛起

>>泰式柚子蝦沙律.....第二味功課,好得、係落多咗花生碎啫

>>燒豬頸肉.....呢咪整咗好多次,係跟Rachel本「回味」做嘅,零失敗,食過都讚

>>青咖喱雞.....預早一晚整定嘅,想佢入味d,臨上枱番熱先調味,點知又係辣到伸晒脷

>>青胡椒炒海鮮.....都係跟「回味」整嘅,原來新鮮胡椒一d都唔辣,朋友仲話個汁甜甜地好好味

>>楊枝金露.....第三味功課,上枱時朋友們「嘩」咗一聲,原來佢地覺得賣相同出面食嘅一樣,當然食落就知分別,因為用泰國西米、勁甜芒果,足料好多架
